Meet Our CEO
Pamela Murphy is a Capitol Hill aide turned CEO, strategist, and change catalyst.
She’s the powerhouse behind Minerva Insight Strategies, where she helps organizations turn influence into impact, leverage government relations as a strategic asset, and build the kind of leadership culture that lasts. Pamela blends decades of experience in government relations, corporate affairs, and nonprofit leadership with a mission: to help businesses and nonprofits align their policy and business strategies to achieve sustainable growth, mitigate risk, and enhance organizational reputation inside the Beltway and in their communities.
Pamela delivers transformative talks on advocacy, leadership, burnout, and navigating change. Her secret sauce? A mix of practical wisdom, hard-won stories, and a style that’s both deeply real and refreshingly approachable.
Her journey has taken her from the high-stakes halls of Congress as a senior legislative aide to the offices of Washington, DC based organizations to the corporate arena and beyond. She has overcome burnout, rediscovered resilience as the root of her strength, and found success in navigating uncertainty and leading others through it.
She knows what it takes to move policy and people with purpose—and she’s here to help your audience do the same. When she’s not on stage or in strategy sessions with her clients, you’ll find her exploring the world with her husband and son, catching up on the latest best-selling books, or creating space for women to own the room—and the moment.
Pamela is available for speaking engagements.
